Rental Information

Tenancy times – arrival from 15.30 departure by 10.15
Maid service and linen change – twice weekly
Minimum rental – 1 week
Taxis (payable to driver) – can be arranged, as can car hire, to meet guests at the airport

Terms

First Payment – Payment of 25% to be made in sterling at time of booking
Final payment – under present Covid 19 conditions six weeks before arrival
Refund policy – Please see FAQ’s
Security deposit – £300 payable with final balance refundable less any deductions for breakages if necessary
Terms & Conditions – A rental pack with Lamari Information and Terms & Conditions will be sent prior to booking
